- Guest required to confirm they checked in and found home as expected. Any issue or dissatisfaction must be communicated within 12 hours of arrival with clear photo provided. Hosts will be given opportunity to rectify within a reasonable time. If host is refused access, or guest refuses resolution, and chooses to continue stay, then complaint will be considered withdrawn with no compensation. Owners not responsible for any noise, animal or human activity, or physical appearance of neighborhood, traffic or travel related issues, weather or any "state of emergency". Any dissatisfaction about the home, initialized by guest on, or after, check out day will not be addressed "after the fact". We recommend trip insurance. Booking requires a complete Airbnb profile with recent clear selfie and answering preapproval questions which includes messaging a guest list with full names of overnight guests. Guest booking must be the person making payment who will confirm agreement to house rules including only guests on guest list up to max occupancy. Booking guest will need to provide photo ID after booking approval. Use of pool at own risk; owner not responsible for skin reaction to heated water & chemicals, injury from slippage entering/exiting or misuse Violation of any rule is grounds for terminating booking without refund plus minimum fines $500 each violation (evidence of vaping, cigarette or marijuana smoking in home, evidence of undisclosed animals on property, or guests/visitors not approved prior to booking on property, evidence of tampering with or damage to pool equipment) Additional fees for excessive cleaning to remedy damages may incur. - No Mail or package delivery without owner's prior consent. Owners and staff will be on property, during booking dates, for standard weekly or bi-weekly maintenance & service of backyard amenities including pool and garbage removal. Guests will receive messaging on platform in advance of arrival. Access is thru gate and will be only in yard, not in the home. ****PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON STREET OR BLOCK SIDEWALK at any time. You may be ticketed by the HOA and subject to fines. The driveway is avaialble for your use. Garage is not accesible for guests. *Ring cameras are installed at the front entry and back yard for your safety. Ring Cameras are motion activated and may be recording activity 24/7 for your safety and security. Guests are allowed entire use of the casita including the rooftop patio area. Guests are allowed to use pool area. Owners live on site in main house. While we respect your privacy we will also have access to courtyard and pool. Access to main house patio and garage is restricted to owner access only. Owners may be onsite and reside in neighboring home. While we respect your privacy, we welcome your company if desired! - Payment and Booking is automatic approval of rules and check in and check out procedures listed here, and in house manual. Guests must complete standard vacation rental tasks before check out; emptying their food from fridge, bagging trash, gathering used towels, placing household items back where they belong; we dont as guests to clean or do laundry. PLEASE DO NOT touch pool equipment or attempt to adjust temperature with out owner authorization.
